FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you require a deposit?
The non-refundable setup charge is due at the time your order is placed. The remainder can be paid when your order is picked up.

When should we order our invitations?
Aim to order your invitations about four to six months before the big day. We usually plan two weeks for setup/proofing and a week for printing. If your invitation requires assembly you will want to figure in time for that as well. We do not supply ribbon, stapling, or assembly.

How many invitations should we order?
Don’t order the exact number of invitations you plan on sending out. The cost of printing 10-20% more is much cheaper than ordering a small quantity later. It’s better to have leftovers for additions to the guest list than having to reorder.

How much is this going to cost us?
Prices depend on so many things like the style you choose, the paper, the ink, the quantity, etc. To get a more exact price you are better off to pick one or two styles and have them priced for your custom invitation.

Does it cost more to include a picture?
It does not cost more to include a picture or two on your invitations. We do however require a print release from your photographer.

Can we see a sample?
After you pick out an invitation one of our designers will set up a custom proof just for you. Proofs can be emailed or printed to review. Any spelling errors, color changes, etc. can be made at this time. It wouldn’t hurt to have someone else proof read too!

When should we have our guests respond by?
We usually say three to four weeks before the big day. Make sure you take into consideration when you are sending them, when the hotel drop off date is, and when the caterer wants a final head count.

Do you have samples to look through?
We do have several sample books to look through past invitations we have printed. You are welcome to pick from the sample book, combine past invitations, or bring in your own ideas. All samples can be changed to match your colors and theme!

When should we order our programs?
You can order your programs as soon as you have your ceremony and attendant list planned out. Aim to order your programs no later than three to five weeks before the big day. We usually plan two weeks for setup/proofing and a week for printing. If your program requires assembly you will want to figure in time for that as well.

How many programs should we order?
Most guest couples will only take one program and kids usually don’t take any so you should be safe with printing two thirds of your responding guest list.

What if we have our own custom ideas?
We can print pretty much anything on paper for your wedding! You are welcome to present us with your own custom ideas whether it be signs, reception menus, wine labels, kiss stickers, or a self inking stamp to dress up your envelope.
